Ivan Cristani, Project Leader for Informatic Division within Kanton Aargau was key in implementing Mail Signature, Template Chooser, Smart Template, Content Chooser, Content Uploader, Wizard, and Designer to simplify their document and content management. This suite of applications was chosen to address the specific challenges the canton faced. The Mail Signature app ensured uniform and professional email communication, while the Template Chooser and Content Chooser apps streamlined the creation and management of documents and presentations.

The Designer brought simplicity and creativity to document design, while the Wizard's integration with Word and PowerPoint made populating documents and presentations with data simple. The Smart Template, used by most of the users, facilitated the creation of media releases and reports efficiently and consistently. The Uploader app further enhanced their capability to manage and share content efficiently.

Efficiency has increased because changes are immediately usable. When a new template is created or corrections are made, they are immediately available. This also means that you don't have to constantly notify people, but you can make the changes in the background.
