What you will be doing
As a Success Engineer you will help customers implement our tools. You will take care of the needs and wishes of our customers. You are engaged in the fulfillment part of new deployments (from beginning to end) as well as developing customers long term. You will also be involved the shaping of the products and develop our best-practice scenarios.
What you should bring along
Most importantly you should have a
growth mindset. A natural curiosity and a basic understanding of how businesses work and how Software can help users. You should also enjoy working in a team. The more you know about Microsoft Office, the better. You should not be shy to talk and lead discussions with employees and customers. You should also be fluent in German.
